At The Soul Aligned Shift, my goal is to provide intuitive, empowering, and spiritually grounded readings that guide you toward clarity and alignment. To ensure every session runs smoothly and respectfully, please review the following policies before booking your reading.

 Session Types

I offer readings via:

Video Call (Zoom) – for real-time, interactive readings.

Email – detailed written readings for those who prefer reflection in their own time.

Text/Chat – quick insight sessions for direct, to-the-point guidance.

You’ll receive confirmation of your booking and session details once your appointment is scheduled.

Intention of the Reading

My tarot readings are intuitive, compassionate, and focused on guidance and empowerment — not fixed predictions.
The messages that come through are meant to illuminate your path, clarify your emotions, and support your growth, but your free will and choices always shape your future.

I read energy, not fate. Every reading is offered from a space of integrity, spiritual respect, and non-judgment.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is sacred. Everything shared during your session — including personal details and questions — remains completely confidential.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may forfeit the session or incur a rebooking fee, depending on the situation.
No-shows will not be refunded.

 Email & Text Readings

For email or text readings, please allow 2–3 business days for delivery after payment and question submission.
All readings are completed personally and intuitively — not by AI or automated systems.

 Refund Policy

Due to the energetic and time-based nature of this work, all readings are non-refundable once completed.
If for any reason I feel a reading is not aligned or ethical to continue (e.g., the question is medical, legal, or outside my scope), I reserve the right to decline the session and issue a full refund.

I do not diagnose, predict death, or offer lottery numbers or pregnancy outcomes.
